Opportunity Details

Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors.

Manage inbound calls and emails, redirecting enquiries appropriately.

Open, distribute, and action daily post.
-
Format candidate CVs for submission to clients.
-
Maintain office supplies and equipment, including stationery, IT, and office facilities.
-
Assist in organising staff cover, sickness records, and general office upkeep.
-
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
-
Distribute and collect timesheets from clients and candidates.
-
Verify hours, dates, and approvals before submission.
-
Enter payroll data into internal systems and resolve discrepancies.
-
Liaise with payroll providers to resolve queries and exceptions.
-
Register new starters for payroll and ensure compliance with payroll deadlines.
-
Register new candidates on the in-house recruitment system.
-
Collect and verify Right to Work documents, qualifications, and references.
-
Ensure candidate compliance with ISO recruitment standards.
-
Maintain accurate candidate records, appraisals, and documentation.
-
Manage duplicate records and database housekeeping.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-
Manage client queries regarding payroll, invoicing, and compliance.
-
Issue contracts, terms of business, and documentation as required.
-
Support consultants with sales leads from candidate referencing and job applications.
-
Assist in sourcing, screening, and registering candidates.
-
Advertise job vacancies across relevant platforms.
-
Support consultants with candidate shortlists and availability updates.
-
Collect candidate appraisals and feedback at contract completion.
-
Promote compliance with company Health & Safety policies.
-
Carry out office safety checks, audits, and first aid stock control.
-
Report and record accidents in line with procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment/CRM systems.

Able to work to strict deadlines, especially around payroll processing.
